LUCAS SANTTANA . BRÉSIL

From Bahia, this Nordeste resistant and métis, grew up to the sounds of the ritual tambours of candomblé, the brazilian songwriter invites to sunny ballads in a voice-guitar formula. Heir to the famous Tropicalists of the 60's such as Caetano Veloso, Joaõ Gilberto or Gilberto Gil (his father was the producer), he is the pop figure of the new bossa nova. After an electro phase, he comes back to the essential : the voice ! And his, suave, rises in beautiful sound volutes goes from a sentimental ballad to shamanic experiences, from militant texts whispered in answer to the political and social atmosphere of his country to a soft melodic caress.

A suspended moment... All you have to do is close your eyes and let yourself be touched by the softness without "no one let go of anyone's hand"!
